The Parts Place NAPA started as Holt Auto Supply Inc. in 1963. Coming from the service station business, father and son team Frank and Dewey Seehase opened their store in Holt, Mich. Soon after, they opened their first branch in Williamston and then added a machine shop in Holt. Frank ran the machine shop while Dewey took care of the stores. With dedication, the business quickly grew.

In 1996, Dewey sold the business to his sons Dick and Dave and his Daughter Cindy along with long-time employee Larry Meirndorf , Cindy’s husband. As a third-generation family business, The Parts Place NAPA is thriving today with eight stores and looks forward to growing within the communities that have supported them for over 50 years.
